I hate this, I was so worried about this that I made it my mission to find her new email and see if she was okay. It took almost a month but I found it, it's just that I'm not so sure how to do this. cuz it would sound horrible to say "well I was thinking out loud about how I hope you're doing okay and the power in my room, JUST my room, went out." needless to say, scared the fuck outta me, but not such a good way to greet someone you haven't spoken to in a while. again... UGH... and help....

What's it been? Two? Three years now? When was the last time I even saw you? But I still remember, the ice-blue color of your eyes. Your midnight black hair, and your oh-so-loud-and-angry gecko waking us up out of a dead sleep. It's sad...  The best relationship I've ever been in ended so badly... to the point neither of us expected... or wanted.  It's funny too, because I'm pretty sure after what you said that it didn't have to go down like that.  Anyway, the past is the past. For the past  few months this little orange fox keeps crossing my path over on 3rd side road, anyone around here knows it as the road where the deer AIM for you... it keeps reminding me of Naomi and every time I see the thing it's either jumping over the hood of my car as I drive at madman speeds or at the side of the road walking off slowly while just staring at me...and the weird thing is that I ALWAYS see it, whatever time of day I'm on the road. I guess its den or whatever is nearby but still I find it weird...

Sometimes I hate drinking... I get all reminiscent (spelling?) about people and stuff... There are some people I'd kill to see again, I miss them so much.... I should sleep. Hope my british friends are well, I'm thinking of you.

I haven't purposely done this in quite a while, but I had a panic attack tonight... yeah I know, I sound like a total wuss or cry baby... but how would you feel if suddenly, no warning whatsoever, you start freaking out. You lose control over your body and sometimes just start running, running from absolutely nothing, now try imagining that this has been going on since you were small. There has never been a day in my life that I haven't felt this tension in my chest, just this anxious pain that won't go away.

But it's been a while since my last attack, well it was till tonight. Ugh... I'm fed up.

Starting going to the gym today as part of my new "get in shape" thing. Every muscle in my body is screaming at me, but you know how when you just finish working out that the muscles are still bulging? Damn, I really gotta keep this up. By my birthday I should be ripped! This might actually be easier then I thought.  ANYWAY! Since I'm in utter agony I'm going to sleep and tomorrow The Revenant rides again!!! WOOHOOO!!!

My Grandmother died today,

she and my grandfather raised me while both my parents were out working to support us all. It's sad because it's so cliche but it's true, the last time I talked to her I said alot of nasty things. I feel rather shit. and slightly spooked because I saw my uncles car outside when I came home and heard crying downstairs. I assumed he had heard the news and was upset, but he and I never got along so I decided to avoid him. after about 10 minutes I thought it was only fair I try and console him. so I was about to go downstairs when the crying stopped and the phone rang. lo' and behold it was my uncle. he was at the hospital with everyone else. he had left his car here. so.... crying... wtf?!?! ....

currently hiding in office.... plz send a flashlight and blanket that I may more properly feel childish and scared...... and possibly booze...

OK! so if you're someone I talk to on a regular basis then you know I'm an idiot and went and chopped off a piece of my thumb. Holy shit I'm a klutz lol.
